Serviced apartments: what we arrange during your stay
Tell us what you need and when, and we send you the price in writing before confirming. It is booked once you accept and paid before the service.
Concierge
A restaurant booking, some shopping, an errand you have no time for. Any third-party cost goes into the quote.
Transfers
From the airport to the apartment, back again, or wherever you need to go. We confirm the price with the driver before we pass it on to you.
Groceries before you arrive
Send us a list and find the basics waiting in the apartment when you arrive. We send you a quote before buying anything.
Already sorted
Mid-stay cleaning
For longer stays. It costs the same as the check-out cleaning of your apartment and includes fresh sheets and towels. It is paid before it is scheduled.
Company invoice
If you need a Chilean invoice (factura), 19% VAT is added to the total and we issue it at the end of the stay to a company with a Chilean tax ID (RUT). Guests from abroad who only need proof of the expense get the booking receipt, with no VAT.
WhatsApp support
WhatsApp support every day, at any hour: at night Mía, our AI assistant, replies, and during office hours the team does.
Early check-in or late check-out
It depends on cleaning and on the next booking, so it is confirmed close to the date. Late check-out has a fee.
Baby cot
It is 5 USD per night, subject to availability, and needs to be requested before arrival.

Pricing for long stays
Weekly and monthly furnished rentals
Booking direct, the nightly price drops 10% from 7 nights, 20% from 28 and 25% from 84. Cleaning is not discounted. Nights in July and August get at most 10%. The discount is applied automatically in the quote and at checkout. Stays of 28 nights or more are paid by bank transfer: the booking is held for 48 hours while we confirm the payment.

Can you invoice our company?

Stays of 28 nights or more are paid by bank transfer. Shorter ones go through an AlohaPay payment link in Chilean pesos, with Webpay, card or bank transfer.
