Companies and long stays

Weeks or months, with an invoice if you need one

Booking direct, the nightly price drops 10% from 7 nights, 20% from 28 and 25% from 84. Cleaning is not discounted. Nights in July and August get at most 10%. The discount is applied automatically in the quote and at checkout. Stays of 28 nights or more are paid by bank transfer: the booking is held for 48 hours while we confirm the payment.

  • Company invoiceIf you need a Chilean invoice (factura), 19% VAT is added to the total and we issue it at the end of the stay to a company with a Chilean tax ID (RUT). Guests from abroad who only need proof of the expense get the booking receipt, with no VAT.
  • Company accountFor teams that come often: invoices with VAT and one contact person for recurring bookings.
  • Mid-stay cleaningFor longer stays. It costs the same as the check-out cleaning of your apartment and includes fresh sheets and towels. It is paid before it is scheduled.

If you are renting for two months or more, you can visit the apartment before booking. Write to us and we will set it up.

You can cancel at no cost up to 7 days before arrival: we refund what you paid, minus the payment's transaction costs, if any.

Services on request

Tell us what you need and when, and we send you the price in writing before confirming. It is booked once you accept and paid before the service.

  • LaundryWe arrange laundry service during your stay. It is our own service, separate from the washer in the apartment or the building laundry room.
  • ConciergeA restaurant booking, some shopping, an errand you have no time for. Any third-party cost goes into the quote.
  • TransfersFrom the airport to the apartment, back again, or wherever you need to go. We confirm the price with the driver before we pass it on to you.
  • Groceries before you arriveSend us a list and find the basics waiting in the apartment when you arrive. We send you a quote before buying anything.

Before you book

How do I pay for a direct booking?

You book on mrbnb.cl and pay through an AlohaPay payment link, in Chilean pesos, with Webpay, card or bank transfer. The booking is confirmed once the payment clears.

What currency are prices in?

They are shown in US dollars with the approximate peso amount next to them. The charge is made in Chilean pesos.

What does the total include?

The nights plus cleaning, which is charged once per stay. You see the total before paying.

Can I cancel a direct booking?

You can cancel at no cost up to 7 days before arrival: we refund what you paid, minus the payment's transaction costs, if any.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

In most apartments check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If one differs, its listing says so.

How do I get into the apartment?

After booking you get the online check-in link by email, and by WhatsApp too if you left your phone number. Before you arrive we send you the access instructions.
