We use your data exclusively to: (a) respond to your inquiries and evaluation requests, (b) send personalized commercial proposals, (c) coordinate visits or meetings, (d) maintain a communication history with you during the commercial process, (e) comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. We do not share your data

Mr.BnB does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. We only share data with service providers strictly necessary for our operation (for example, email delivery or property management platforms) under confidentiality agreements.

4. Cookies and analytics

Our site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and analytical cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used and improve it. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, although this may affect the user experience.

5. Security

We keep your data only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described or as required by current legislation. Leads inactive for more than 24 months are automatically deleted from our systems.
