How do I pay for a direct booking?
You book on mrbnb.cl and pay through an AlohaPay payment link, in Chilean pesos, with Webpay, card or bank transfer. The booking is confirmed once the payment clears.
What currency are prices in?
They are shown in US dollars with the approximate peso amount next to them. The charge is made in Chilean pesos.
What does the total include?
The nights plus cleaning, which is charged once per stay. You see the total before paying.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
In most apartments check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If one differs, its listing says so.
How do I get into the apartment?
After booking you get the online check-in link by email, and by WhatsApp too if you left your phone number. Before you arrive we send you the access instructions.
Are there discounts for long stays?
Yes. On Airbnb most apartments have a 10% discount from 7 nights and 20% from 28. Booking direct, a long stay is quoted at 20% off the total; write to us before booking.
Do the apartments have parking?
57 of the 78 do. In some it is included and in others it costs extra; each listing says which.
Which neighborhoods are the apartments in?
Providencia, Las Condes, Santiago Centro, Ñuñoa and La Florida, in Santiago, Chile.
