From Santiago airport (SCL) to your apartment, distances by area and how to get there

Santiago's international airport (SCL, Arturo Merino Benítez) is on the west side of the city. All our apartments are to the east, 13 to 23 km away in a straight line depending on the area. By car, downtown is 30 to 45 minutes away, and Providencia or Las Condes a bit more.

Distance by area

Straight-line distance from the terminal, measured from the area of each apartment and rounded to half a kilometer. By road it is longer.

Travel times depend a lot on traffic. At rush hour, add some.

Getting there

If you are staying with us, we can arrange the transfer on request. Send us your flight and we send you the price before confirming. More at companies and long stays.

If you would rather sort it out on arrival, the official taxi (Taxi Oficial) and the shuttle companies have counters at the baggage claim exit. Avoid people offering rides inside the terminal who are not part of an official service. Uber, Cabify and DiDi also serve the airport.

If you will use the Metro or buses later, buy a Bip! card at any Metro station.

Landing before 15:00

In most apartments check-in is from 15:00. If your flight lands in the morning, there are two options for your bags.

You can leave your luggage for free at our office in Las Condes, open every day from 9:30 to 18:00. Pick it up before 18:00. On your arrival day you can sometimes leave it in the apartment from 11:00 while it is being cleaned; we confirm that by chat once the previous guest has left.

Getting into the apartment earlier (early check-in) is free but depends on that day's cleaning. Ask for it when you book and we confirm it the day before you arrive.

Before you land

After booking you get the online check-in link by email, and by WhatsApp too if you left your phone number. The access instructions arrive before your arrival. Have mobile data or the airport wifi ready to read them when you land.

If something is not right when you get there, message us on WhatsApp. We reply every day, at any hour: Mía, our AI assistant, at night, and the team during office hours.
