Providencia, Las Condes, Ñuñoa or Santiago Centro, which one to stay in
Four Santiago neighborhoods compared for visitors, with the distance to Plaza de Armas and to Costanera Center, the Metro lines and what is nearby.
Providencia works well if you want to combine work with visits downtown, because it is close to the office area and a few stations from Plaza de Armas. Las Condes makes sense if you work along Apoquindo Avenue, and Santiago Centro if you came to see the city. Ñuñoa is residential, and we have only a few apartments there.
Almost all the apartments we manage are in these four districts (comunas). The table sums up the distances. They are in a straight line from the area of each apartment (we do not publish addresses) and rounded to half a kilometer, so treat them as approximate.

Providencia
We have more apartments here than anywhere else, and the widest range of sizes. Metro Line 1 crosses it with Manuel Montt, Pedro de Valdivia, Los Leones and Tobalaba stations, and there are bike lanes on Pocuro and Andrés Bello. Barrio Italia is good for lunch or a walk during the day, and Manuel Montt has bars for the evening.

Las Condes
It is a long district. Some apartments are a short walk from Costanera Center and others are 7 km away, near Parque Arauco, so check the map on each listing. Line 1 continues under Apoquindo Avenue (El Golf, Alcántara, Escuela Militar, Manquehue), and the restaurant area is around Isidora Goyenechea and El Golf. It is far from the historic center, 5 to 12 km from Plaza de Armas.

Santiago Centro
The closest to the historic sights. Metro Lines 1, 2, 3 and 5 all run through downtown, and Lastarria, Bellas Artes, the Mercado Central and La Moneda are walkable. Many downtown supermarkets close at 22:00. At night, stay on the well-lit avenues.

Ñuñoa
We have a few here, with one or two bedrooms. It is a residential area built around Plaza Ñuñoa, served by Metro Lines 3 and 6 (Ñuñoa station connects both). From our apartments, Estadio Nacional is 1.5 to 2 km away.
