Apartments near Costanera Center for a business trip to Santiago

If your meetings are at Costanera Center, in El Golf or along Apoquindo Avenue, the practical choice is to stay in Providencia or Las Condes. Most of our apartments are there, and many are within 3 km of Costanera Center in a straight line.

Distances are measured from the area of each apartment, not its address, which we do not publish. That is why they are rounded.

How close each district is

From our apartments in Providencia, Costanera Center is between half a kilometer and 3 km away. In Las Condes the range is wider, from half a kilometer to 7 km. The ones near Parque Arauco are close to that mall but far from Costanera. If your office is at one end or the other, check the map on the listing before you book.

Metro Line 1 connects the whole corridor. After Tobalaba it runs under Apoquindo Avenue, with El Golf, Alcántara, Escuela Militar and Manquehue stations. At night, Uber, Cabify and DiDi work well across the area.

Working from the apartment

Several apartments in Providencia and Las Condes list a dedicated workspace and wifi. The list is at apartments for remote work. If you need a proper desk for long hours, ask us for photos before booking. "Workspace" is what the listing says, and they are not all the same.

Price

At mrbnb.cl/reservar you pick your dates and each apartment shows the total, cleaning included (it is charged once per stay). From 7 nights the nightly price drops on its own, no need to ask. The search is in English; the apartment pages and the checkout are still in Spanish.

Invoices

If your company needs a Chilean invoice (factura), 19% VAT (IVA) is added to the total and we issue it at the end of the stay to the company's Chilean tax ID (RUT). It works the same whether you book direct, on Airbnb or on Booking.com. Tell us when you book so we have the details in time.

If your company is outside Chile, the booking receipt is often enough to claim the expense, and it carries no VAT. Tell us what they ask for and we will sort it out.

Times and arrival

In most apartments check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If your flight lands early you can leave your bags for free at our office in Las Condes, from 9:30 to 18:00. Getting in earlier is free but depends on that day's cleaning, and it is confirmed the day before.

We can arrange the airport transfer on request. Send us your flight and we send you the price before confirming. On WhatsApp we reply every day, at any hour: Mía, our AI assistant, at night, and the team during office hours.
