Mr BnB for AI agents

Mr BnB rents furnished apartments by the night in Santiago, Chile. If you are building an agent that helps people find a place to stay, it can check live availability and prices here, with no login or API key.

The agent does not book or charge. It searches, quotes and hands the user a link to mrbnb.cl with dates and guests already filled in. The person books and pays on that page.

MCP server

  • URL: https://mrbnb.cl/mcp
  • Transport: Streamable HTTP. No authentication, read-only.
  • Protocol versions: 2026-07-28 and the earlier initialize versions (2025-11-25, 2025-06-18 and 2025-03-26).

Tools:

Tool What it does
buscar_disponibilidad Apartments available for some dates, with total price, photo, district and capacity. Optional filters for district (comuna) and minimum bedrooms. It is a sample sorted by total, not necessarily the cheapest in the portfolio.
cotizar Breakdown for one apartment: price per night, cleaning fee, total and minimum stay. If it is not available, it says why.
link_de_reserva The link for the user to book and pay. It checks availability before building it.

Everything is GET, no key. Dates are YYYY-MM-DD.

Good to know

  • The currency of each amount is in the moneda field (US dollars today) and the total includes cleaning. Payment is in Chilean pesos at the day's exchange rate, so the peso amount in the API is an estimate.
  • The quoted total is the amount charged at checkout. Availability is checked again at that moment.
  • Quotes go up to 18 months ahead, for at most 90 nights.
  • We don't publish exact addresses. Location is an approximate area of about 400 meters that contains the apartment; the address comes with the booking confirmation.
  • There are rate limits per IP and a global one. If you get a 429, wait a minute.
